NO REFUNDS

SEVEYN understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase only when returns has been reported and approved for return. Returns that aren't approved by a SEVEYN Representative will not be considered an return.

• The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances.

Return Guidelines

Items returned within 3 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in an ineligibility to receive store credit.

ALL swimsuits, lingerie, bodysuits, merchandise with undergarments attached, and accessories FINAL SALE.

All items on sale are final sale.

All custom looks are final sale.

SEVEYN does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.

If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email info@seveyn.com within 3hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

All items are returned to SEVEYN at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to SEVEYN. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.

Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
